Shipping Policy

We work with FedEx and Dhl. 
Please keep in mind orders are typically processed when all items are available. If you have any queries, please contact dalmocashmere@gmail.com

All shipments require a signature upon delivery. You may request to waive this requirement by contacting FedEx or DHL directly. Customers will have this option once the order has shipped from our warehouse. DALMO  does not accept any liability for lost or stolen packages without a signature. We recommend entering a shipping address where someone will be present to sign for and accept the order.
We operates  between 9:00am and 6:00pm on business days. You can specify an alternate daytime delivery address when ordering.
If a package is refused, the return shipping cost and any applicable duties and taxes associated with the return will be deducted from the customer’s refund.
